Taking research to the people

The ASPREE-Hearing sub-study research team continue their travels around south-eastern Australia in the name of science.

They are tasked with collecting information which will be used to determine whether daily low-aspirin reduces or prevents age-related hearing loss.

Ever since the mobile audiometers were calibrated late last year, the team hasn’t been still and shared this picture taken in Shepparton where the team spent several days with study participants from north-east Victoria.

Thank you to all our ASPREE participants enrolled in this aspirin and hearing study. We hope to post more pictures of the team’s travels soon.
